Ore or court change in Jokkmokk?

The Greta Thunberg Foundation is an organisation, by definition. A Foundation is an organised base, for doing things from in furtherance of an ideas set or an interest. So Greta Thunberg personally will not know of everything it does, and is only judgeable on what she knows of. The Foundation has given towards legal costs for the Sami community in the part of north Sweden, around Jokkmokk, where they are fighting a court case against environmental impacts of an iron ore opencast mine development by Beowulf Mining.
News searches show that before this, last winter, she engaged personally with this environmental issue and visited the affected community. That still does not mean she knows all that the Foundation does, concerning the court case, in response to the world public. Including, to me, since promptly on hearing a BBC radio coverage of the case, on 13 Dec 2022 I emailed the Foundation about the court change.
By engaging with this case, the Greta Thunberg Foundation has become an interested party in law and courts and a legal dispute. Hence, in the court change. From now on, it is judgeable, ethically, by the world public, on whether it acknowledges the court change, passed it on to the Sami, and cites faultings under the court change in this case.
Watch whether this happens.
