- announcement of the British govt decision to extradite Julian Assange to the Has, after a court decision on allowing it.
- Announcement by Wikileaks of doing everything possible at the remaining stage of appeal on the Home Secretary ‘s decision. But watch to see if they really will. For that would include – THE COURT CHANGE. As the court stages already passed should have included too.
If Assange’s supporters ignore the court change, his deportation is their own fault. They contributed to it. This holds for all supporters: his own Wikileaks, Amnesty, or any progressive barristers who speak on the case.
The court change might not prevent it, but it might. It’s another resource and line of fight against the decision’s merits. It makes all decisions at all levels faultable on their reasoning: IT ABOLISHES FINAL DECISIONS ! with the primitive mediaeval trick power to wilfully corrupt their reasoning, that they always carried.
Nobody has ever offered any refutation of the reasons why the court change is real. That includes: neither have they. It applies in both Britain and the US.
IT WON’T HELP HIM, TO STAND DISCREDITED AS DISHONEST FROM DETERMINNG TO IGNORE THE COURT CHANGE IS THAT HOW YOU WANT TO BE SEEN? OR TO BE SEEN HELPING HIM BY PUBLICLY CITING, RAISING, AND USING, FAULTINGS UNDER THE COURT CHANGE.
